Clinical Supervision (LPC/LPCC)
and Art Therapy Supervision
Provisionally Licensed therapists need clinical supervision while working toward independent licensure.
Cassie is board approved through the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy (BBHT).
She can also offer Art Therapy supervision nation-wide.
Supervision Passions
finding a way to make the system better, unlearning what hasn't worked, client centered approaches, collaborative treatment planning, systemic issues and barriers, using creativity in therapy, holistic approaches, burnout prevention, working with therapists from marginalized identities, etc.
Supervision Style
My supervision style is collaborative, relational, and reflective. I use a strengths-based approach, and lead with curiosity, vulnerability, and authenticity. The heart of my supervision is decolonial, person-centered, and values-driven. My goal is to support you through self-as-therapist work and case conceptualization, while assisting you in getting curious and unpacking all of the things that you've learned thus far along your journey. We will create an environment that both challenges you, and fosters your growth. I want to help guide you into becoming the best therapist that you can be.
Experience and Expertise
trauma, EMDR, racial trauma, Art Therapy, somatics, private practice, yoga, reiki, spirituality
The exchange for individual supervison is $120/hour.
(group supervision $40/hour; dyad $60/hour)
If you have financial barriers, reduced rate may be available upon request.
