Strength Building for the Resistance Workshop
Join Art Therapist Cassie (she/her) Sawyer, and personal trainer Sarah (they/them) Law for Strength Building for the Resistance. Be in community, build strength, process current events, and learn nervous system regulation skills.
Masking is required at the event.

Pre-registration is required; space is limited to 12 participants only.
Please email ([email protected]) if you are no longer able to attend after registering.
A Consent Waiver will need to be signed at the event in order to participate in the workshop.
Please bring the following:
-N95 or KN95 mask (masks available if needed)
-clean socks and/or clean inside-only gym shoes (no outsides shoes allowed in group space, slides available for use while at In Progress)
-water bottle (filtered water in available)
-yoga mat (please reach out if you do not have one, and we may be able to arrange one for you)
-wear comfortable clothing that allow you to move with ease
In Progress space agreements:
1. I will not enter the studio under the influence.
2. I will not bring any drugs or alcohol on the premises.
3. I will not bring any weapons onto the premises.
4. I will not use any tobacco or vape products on our premises - this includes inside and outside the building.
5. I will strive to keep myself and others safe in all aspects of studio use.
6. I will show respect to other artists and community members using the studio.
By registering for this event, you are consenting to: honoring the In Progress space agreements, signing the Consent Waiver upon arrival, being responsible for bringing the items listed above, and communicating with facilitator if you can no longer attend after registering.
