On-going weekly healing-centered therapeutic yoga class led by art therapist and yoga instructor Cassie Sawyer, MA, ATR-P, RYT200.

Expect slow gentle movements linked to breath to create rhythm and pattern in the body to assist in healing.


Cassie will incorporate soma yoga with slow flow vinyasa through a healing-centered and trauma-informed lens.
