A Trauma Therapy Deep Dive

Sometimes, it can take an extended period of time for your protective parts and nervous system to relax and give access to the more tender spaces where deep transformative healing can occur. A Therapy Intensive is a great way to allow for this deep healing to happen. Whether you are a long-term client of Cassie, or a new client looking for this format, Intensives can be a great option for a deep dive into your healing.
The 50 minute session is great for weekly or biweekly therapy, but sometimes for EMDR it is nice to have the option that helps us bypass the "start-stop" pattern of opening up and then containing, that can happen with these shorter session lengths. An EMDR Intensive will allow for a completion of your trauma processing through the natural reactions that occur through your nervous system.
Intensives allow for accelerated progress in a way that is more cost effective and efficient. I truly believe in going slow to go fast, so an Intensive is not meant to rush healing; although it can be nice for folks with busy life schedules. Intensives may provider faster relief in a shorter amount of time, due to the compact structure and format.
